We will create an affordable package deal for your special event. Minimum rental is $500.00 or an additional delivery and removal fee will apply. These sample price quotes reflect a basic one day party or event that lasts 3 hours and does not include applicable taxes. Additional fees may be incurred, in the event of restraints on delivery and/or pick-up, as well as distance traveled for delivery and pick-up. Prices quoted for rentals are only for first floor, no steps, on paved smooth ground with double door non-divided entry. RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: We accept cashiers check or company check with prior approval. All returns, allowances, credits or offsets are at Arcademart's sole discretion. You must return a signed rental agreement with prepaid deposit prior to our commitment for your specific date. Terms listed in Arcademart's rental agreement superceed any conflicting terms listed on this website. All dates, equipment and resources are subject to prior rental without notice. Customers are scheduled on a first paid = first served basis. Any refunds or credits are based on actual amount paid and deducted from the rental package rate before discounts are applied. Games dead-on-arrival(DOA) or not received on the day of event will qualify for a credit or refund. Renter is solely responsible to provide necessary access for delivery. You will be charged for attempted deliveries which can not be completed due to physical access limitations or electrical power problems. See our rental agreement for more details.
